Shipping & Returns Policies
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Free shipping is provided for orders over $75 for within the continental United States using the optimal ground shipping service available at that time. Orders under $75 will include a fixed $8 shipping fee. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and US territories may include incremental charges to be noted at checkout.
Where applicable, expedited weight based shipping options will be offered at checkout, and can be selected per the customer’s preferences.
Once the order has been fulfilled we will send out a tracking number to allow the customer to monitor and accommodate the delivery. If there are any issues or questions please feel free to contact us at email@example.com.
We will ship your item as quickly as possible following your order. Please note that due to the COVID-19 impact to industry-wide fulfilment and logistics resources, order fulfilment may require additional time. Typical fulfilment processing time before shipping is currently 1-3 days, but may occasionally take a little longer due to the increase in online purchasing demand. We appreciate your understanding as logistics systems in the USA adjust to the current environment.
Domestic buyers may return items within 14 days of the original shipment date for refund or store credit if the items are in new, unused condition with tags intact and original protective packaging. Items in this condition may also be returned in the condition above within 30 days of purchase for store credit.
To request a return, send an email with the heading “Return Request” to firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of the request, as well as confirmation that the item is in new condition as described above. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours to process the inquiry and provide details on how to return the item as follow up to an approved request. Once we have received, inspected and approved a return, it typically takes 7-10 days to receive the refund via the customer’s payment platform. Note that we are only able to issue refunds via the payment platform originally used by the customer to make the purchase.
We reserve the right to reject returns if we determine that a person is attempting to return worn items or new items without original packaging and tags, return multiple items that were purchased with the intention of resale, or for any other exploitation of this return policy. Except in the case of our own error, shipping and handling is not refundable and all sale items are final purchase.
For orders over US$250, free international shipping is available to countries where we currently offer shipping. Orders under $250 will be subject to a weight-based international shipping fee.
International buyers may be contacted and/or asked to perform some type of action in order to protect against fraudulent purchases and shipments.
We do not ship internationally to P.O. Boxes. Other than the appropriate charges paid to the shipper as part of the original order, we cannot be held responsible for any additional customs duties, fees or charges that may result from international shipping. As we have no control over the conditions at the time of delivery, we are not responsible for items / packages shipped via international carrier that are delivered but are claimed as not received by the customer. If the recipient does not accept the delivery, any charges, fees or duties that may result from the return shipping or disposal may be charged to the purchaser’s payment method on the order. No refunds or replacements can be provided for items that do not arrive at the intended destination.
