Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping
Free shipping: orders over $60 within the continental United States.
Orders under $60: fixed shipping fee of $8.
Estimated timing: 1-3 business days for fulfillment and 4-7 for delivery.
Shipments will use optimal ground service available at time of order.
Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and US non-state territories may include incremental charges noted at checkout or as follow up to check out.
Where applicable, expedited weight-based shipping options will be offered at checkout and customers can contact us directly for expedited options.
Tracking number will be provided after the order is fulfilled for delivery.
Lost or stolen deliveries: To best protect the security of our customers' orders, a "signature required" service will be automatically included when possible for orders over $300. For orders under that amount, if you suspect your delivery location may have package security issues, we recommend contacting us at the time of your order to request signature confirmation for the delivery. As we have no oversight over the security of delivery locations, we promise to assist customers in taking the greatest possible precautions as noted above but otherwise are not responsible for lost or stolen deliveries.
Items not currently in stock in our domestic fulfillment warehouse may be fulfilled by one of our international (EU, Asia) market fulfillment partners at no extra cost to the customer (we pay the international express shipping, and delivery will typically occur within estimated domestic shipment timing).

International Shipping
Free international shipping: available for orders over US$250 to countries where we currently offer shipping
Orders under $250: a fixed $30 shipping fee for most countries where we currently offer shipping
International buyers may be contacted and/or asked to perform some verification in order to protect against fraudulent purchases and shipments.
We do not ship internationally to P.O. Boxes.
Other than the appropriate charges paid to our local shipper as part of the original order fulfillment, we cannot be held responsible for any additional customs duties, fees or charges that may result from international shipping, customs or legal requirements in the international route or buyer territory. We assume that buyers are aware of and accept likely customs and delivery situations in their home market. As we have no control over international routes and delivery conditions, we are not responsible for items / packages shipped via an international carrier that are reported in-route or delivered but are claimed as not received by the customer. That said, we will always do our best to help international customers follow up on any issues that may arise with international deliveries.
If the recipient does not accept the delivery, any charges, fees or duties that may result from the return shipping or disposal may be charged to the purchaser’s payment method on the order.
No refunds or replacements can be provided for items that do not arrive at the intended destination.
International Returns
Per our general return policy, buyers may return items within 15 days of the original shipment date for a refund or store credit if the items are in new, unused condition with tags intact and original protective packaging.
Items may also be returned in the condition above within 30 days of purchase for store credit.
International buyers are responsible for return shipping and any associated fees, duties and charges.
