Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means customers have 30 days after receiving their item to request a return.
Items returned within 15 days in the condition described below are eligible for a full refund. Items returned within 30 days in the condition described below can be exchanged for store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return of an item purchased online, you can contact us at inquiries@friedrice-nyc.com. If the return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return labels are provided only for items purchased at our online shop. Products purchased onsite at our New York Soho shop location must be returned by the customer in person or by their own arrangements for delivery.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We reserve the right to reject returns if we determine that a person is attempting to return worn items or new items without original packaging and tags, return multiple items that were purchased with the intention of resale, or for any other exploitation of this return policy.
Additionally, we cannot accept returns of custom items, sale items or gift cards. ("Sale items" means items specifically indicated as “sale or on sale”. **Items purchased using discount codes are fully eligible for returns)
